Tata Docomo has merged its operations with Bharti Airtel. Following the information tariff warfare, the telecom operator has been holding on its fair share of readers that Airtel included in its gigantic present subscriber base. Given the merger, Bharti Airtel and Tata Docomo’s plans are growing similar along with also the moves being made by the telcos are also exactly the same as the operators are working in sync. Tata Docomo is also not behind as it’s all about introducing new programs and making changes to its present plans. The telco was doing exactly the same to stay competitive in the intensifying telecom area. This has helped the operator in retaining its subscriber base to some extent. In its latest move, Tata Docomo has introduced a new Rs 165 prepaid program.

Tata Docomo Rs 165 Prepaid Plan: Advantages and Validity
The brand new Rs 165 prepaid program was seen among the other prepaid offerings from Tata Docomo. Along with this, the Rs 165 program by Tata Docomo provides unlimited calls to the subscribers.
Further, there is also the bundled advantage of 100 SMS per day. It’s noteworthy that Vodafone is also offering a comparable strategy in its portfolio.
This plan being offered by Vodafone comes in at the price of Rs 189, and it also provides validity of 56 days.
The difference between both is that the focus on voice calling.
The Vodafone plan, like the new plan by Tata Docomo also comes with data advantage for the whole validity period, but it is restricted at 2GB.
However, there is absolutely no SMS benefit in this plan. Nevertheless, this plan from Tata Docomo is available only to select users at the moment.
Tata Docomo Removes Chat Time Recharges
It’s well worth noting that Tata Docomo is soon going to merge with Bharti Airtel, which means that there will be another little wave of consolidation in the market.
