I am from Mumbai and I have discontinued my Hathway broadband connection for over a week now after deciding to try jio Fiber .. For over more then a week, I am reading reports that Jio Broadband has started its services in Mumbai. I would like to know which areas in Mumbai is it servicing currently as the customer care simply told me I will be notified once Jio is available in my area.
Hi Sanat! Yes Jio Broadband JioFiber gone live in Mumbai but there is a catch. As of now broadband connection is given only to the employees of Reliance Jio for a preview testing.
We need to wait a little bit for general public launch.

What a worthless plans .. Are they even thinking before making them ? or they just can’t ?(For some reason)
My eyes are on special plans, 800RS for a month. Speed is not available but even if they gives 10 Mbps it’s worth trying. In Vadodara Hathway and YOU giving 5-6 Mbps-6 months-5000-4100RS and they also gives good after care in few areas.

After official launch of Jio fiber broadband these plans may vary and hope for the best there are high chances that broadband customers will be getting plans more cheaper that these above.

Hi Dinesh, i agree with you. Once Jio Fiber broadband goes live these ISP won’t be getting much customer base any more i guess or they need to improve thier services quality to stand in the competitive market else one can analyse the current scenario of 4G LTE service providers.
