As you said offer valid on all samsung mobiles but I am using Samsung Galaxy S5 LTE i have download my jio app and installed when i open app i dont see “GET JIO SIM” i have tried as it shown still i dont get that option “GET JIO SIM”

Install all Jiio Apps and then open Myjio and submit request that you have downloaded apps successfully.
Bro i have a bar code . reliance costumer ce. Said first show mobile . my friend have sumsang a5 handset . only show handset . bro tell me that only show handset or he take imei no. of mobile
Just take A5 with you and show them I have generated this code with this handset that’s it.
